“When I published my collection of short stories, Ghostly Tales of Japan, I wanted to
promote it in a way
which would make it stand out from the crowd. Not having any experience of promotion or design, I was at a loss as to what to do or who to approach for help, until Brian Smith at designmanjapan was recommended to me.
From our first meeting, Brian's warm and friendly approach put me at ease and instantly dispelled any misgivings I may have had about entrusting the fate of my book to a stranger. He was unphased by my complete lack of ability to express what I wanted and showed a genuine interested in not only myself, but also my book and its subject matter.
